Ladd Wilks, Executive Officer

Ladd Wilks

Chief Executive Officer

Ladd Wilks cofounded ProFrac Services in 2016 and has served as the CEO since its inception. In that time, ProFrac has become one the largest, fastest growing pressure pumping companies in the US. Prior to ProFrac, Ladd held the role of VP of Logistics for Frac Tech before selling the business in 2011. He has also held various leadership roles in oilfield service companies that specialized in logistics, manufacturing, and geophysics. Ladd’s entrepreneurship drove him to start his own venture in a privately owned E&P company, in which he owns a controlling interest in. His desire to make a difference in his community and those around him have been fulfilled as a board member for nonprofits including 13 Foundation, Cisco SAFE, and CRA. He also serves as a board member for the Daily Wire, a conservative media company founded in 2015.

Blaine Wilbanks

Chief Operating Officer

Blaine joined ProFrac Services in 2018 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since December 2022.  Previously, Blaine served as Senior Vice President of Operations of ProFrac Services.  Prior to joining ProFrac, he spent 13 years at FTS International, where he served in positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Engineering and Chief Operating Officer of SinoFTS, FTSI’s joint venture in China.  Blaine holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an M.B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University.

Lance Turner

Chief Financial Officer

Lance joins the ProFrac team as Chief Financial Officer after previously serving as CFO and Treasurer for FTSI starting in October 2015. Prior to joining our Company, Lance spent approximately 11 years with Ernst & Young LLP, with the majority of that time in their transaction services group coordinating and advising clients on buy side and sell side transactions in various industries. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Matthew Greenwood

Chief Commercial Officer

Matt joined Profrac Services in 2017 and serves as Chief Commercial Officer. Matt directs the sales, marketing, commercial operations, and serves on the Profrac ESG board. Matt brings 17 years of oilfield services, beginning in 2004 with a Barnett Shale completions-based service company. This company specialized in water management, power generation, flowback, and completions chemicals. Matt was promoted to General Manager in 2006 and instrumental in the expansion of the Barnett, Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Marcellus shale. In 2010 SCF Partners purchased the company, forming Rockwater Energy Solutions.

Robert Willette

Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary

Robert Willette has served as our Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since December 2021. Since October 2020, Mr. Willette has served as Assistant General Counsel of Wilks Brothers. From August 2017 to October 2020, Mr. Willette served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance and ESG Officer of Carbo Ceramics Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Willette served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Texon L.P., which transports and markets crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. Mr. Willette holds a B.S., an M.B.A., and a J.D. from the University of Kansas.

Heather Klein

Chief Administrative Officer

Heather joined ProFrac in December 2021 and serves as our Chief Administrative Officer.  She brings 14 years of M&A experience to her role and leads ProFrac’s Integration and Human Resources Departments.  Previously, Heather spent 5 years with Wilks Brothers where she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Managing Director of Investments.  Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University.  Additionally, she serves as a member of the board of directors for Linear Labs, an electric motor company.

Paul Kaster

Sr. Vice President HSE, Compliance, & Training

Paul has spent more than 20 years leading HSE and training programs. After receiving his degree in Safety and Health from Kilgore College, he began working as a safety representative for heavy industrial contractors including Brown and Root, Foster Wheeler, Belmont and HB Zachery. He brought his safety experience to the oilfield services industry in 1997 when he joined Fracmaster and developed and implemented an entire HSE program. He joined Cudd in 1999 as the Safety Manager. His roles at Cudd included Operations Manager, Safety Director, and, ultimately, Vice President of HSE and Transportation. Paul’s experience in developing and implementing safety and training programs will be instrumental during the growth of ProFrac Services.

Jeremy Folmar

Sr. Vice President of Sales

Jeremy joined ProFrac services in March 2022 as the Senior Vice President of Sales having lead FTS International’s sales team since 2018.  He has been in various sales leadership roles with FTSI since the acquisition of JW Wireline. During his eight-year tenure at JW Wireline, Jeremy held the roles of Regional Field Manager, District Manager, and Executive Account Manager. Jeremy is earning his Business Administration and Management degree from the Harvard Extension School.
